‧Please provide your own protector for the stage if Convention Hall is used for any large scale set-up and decorations.
Meeting rooms on 3th and 4th floors are available for rental only on Saturdays and Sundays, it is reserved by Civil Service Development Institute from Monday to Friday.
Overnight set-up charge for Convention Hall and Conference Room is NT$8000 per hour (22:00-07:00)
Charges for additional table and chair are NT$100 and NT$50 respectively (subject to availability)
Prior confirmation of equipment and seating arrangement are advised. Changes on equipment and layout on the day of the meeting are subject to availability. An additional of 30% service charge is also applicable.
